What We Offer

Session Details

Booking Policy

Session Booking

  • Sessions are booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Each session lasts 2 hours within our operating hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm.
  • A fee of £10 per child, per session is payable at the time of booking (or as otherwise agreed).

Drop‑Off & Pick‑Up

  • Parents/carers must sign children in and out at each session.
  • Children must be collected promptly at the end of their booked session.

Late Pick‑Up Policy

  • We understand that delays can happen; however, late pick‑ups impact staff and volunteers.
  • A late collection fee of £5 for every 10 minutes (or part thereof) will be charged after the session end time.
  • Repeated late pick‑ups may result in future bookings being restricted.

Cancellations

    • If you are unable to attend a session, please notify us as early as possible.
    • Refunds or credits are at the discretion of the crèche, depending on notice given.
